So you know when you watch TV and someone else in the room mentions how someone says "errr" a lot when they speak? Former British tennis player Tim Henman was a prime example of this whenever he was being interviewed and it was ALWAYS noticeable.

Well, today I was watching the Formula 1 coverage on the BBC and our family is related to the BBC's presenter Jake and mum's always very complimentary of him saying he's very good and very professional (which he is) and made me hang on his every word because she said: "he never goes 'errr...'

He never did.

He's very good y'know.

That was my last journal entry.

However... I have nothing new to tell you other than I qualified as an NQT. Oh and I'm mostly exhausted from all my swimming. S'about it.

Six months time, you'll find another entry, possibly with more interesting things to say.

School placements cause much excitement... Mr Wells is going back to school!

But first...

That's pretty much it. Yup! Mr Wells is going back to school for five weeks. Six if you count the week off in the middle... but technically it's five weeks of actual teaching and yeah, as nervous as I am I'm also incredibly excited. It is, however the rival school to my old primary school so I'M GOING TO SABOTAG-no, I'm kidding XD It's gonna be exciting and I'm looking forward to sleepless nights, endless hours of planning... I'm making this sound rubbish aren't I?

WELL IT IS. STOP BECOMING TEACHERS. I'M A TEACHER, STOP IT.

Yeah, we're looking for jobs too. It's gonna be 200 headless chickens all going after the same two jobs.

Actually I'm dead excited about Christmas this year! It has been possibly one of the most monumental years EVER for me. I had an absolute blast working with the school, I became an uncle and Godfather, I got into university to do my PGCE year and just generally, I can't think of anything better than to cap it all with a cracking Christmas and New Year.

Lack of drawing? Yes. I've just very little this year that I've actually scanned in. It's odd but I find myself drawing loads of stuff, just not at appropriate times (in the middle of lectures tends to be a favourite). I did this cracking picture today of a man's back and random fellow uni-goer sitting next to me says: "dude you're so talented" - it's not THAT good but it made me feel great Having said that, there's a fair few talented artists in our uni groups so I'm not alone!

I'm loving uni. I'm loving being a student again and I don't feel old! Everyone is younger than me (pretty much!) but I don't feel as though I'm 25. I really don't. I'm just having the best time right now.
